Welcome to Sunlit Parrots Aviary. By purchasing a parrot, products, or services from us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and responsible experience for all customers and to promote the health and welfare of every bird in our care.

Only individuals over the age of 18 may purchase a parrot or enter into a binding agreement with Sunlit Parrots Aviary. All buyers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Any false or misleading statements may result in the cancellation of your order or forfeiture of any associated rights.

All parrots offered for sale are subject to availability. Every effort is made to keep information current, but inventory may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable deposit where applicable. Payment methods accepted include credit card, bank transfer, and other forms as listed on our website or by arrangement.

Full payment must be received before a bird can be shipped or picked up. Deposits made to reserve a specific parrot are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event that a reserved parrot becomes unavailable due to health, unforeseen circumstances, or in the best interest of the bird, your deposit can be applied to another parrot or refunded in full.

Shipping arrangements are coordinated with reputable pet transport agencies to ensure the safe and humane delivery of your bird. Shipping dates and methods are subject to change based on weather, airline regulations, or other factors that may affect the safety of the parrot. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, which are communicated prior to finalizing the purchase.

A health guarantee covers each parrot for a defined period starting from the time of delivery or pickup. To validate this guarantee, buyers are expected to arrange a health examination by a licensed avian veterinarian within the stipulated period. If a pre-existing or congenital health condition is diagnosed during the guarantee window, Sunlit Parrots Aviary will provide options in line with our health guarantee policy. This guarantee does not apply to conditions arising after transfer caused by improper care, neglect, accidents, or exposure to other pets or hazards.

Care and responsibility for the parrot fully transfer to the buyer upon receipt. Buyers acknowledge the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for their new companion. Guidance and aftercare support are offered, but ultimate responsibility rests with the new owner. In cases of rehoming, surrender, or resale, advance communication with Sunlit Parrots Aviary is encouraged, as we strive to prevent parrots from entering unsafe or unsuitable situations.

Returns are generally not accepted due to the stress of moving birds and potential exposure to new environments or pathogens. Exceptions may be made at our discretion under special circumstances, with any associated costs borne by the buyer. All sales of supplies, cages, and accessories are final unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Privacy is respected with the handling of all personal information. Contact details and financial data are kept confidential and not shared except as necessary for order fulfillment or legal compliance.

Warranty for parrots and products is limited to those stated in the health guarantee and product descriptions. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

Sunlit Parrots Aviary reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services or website signifies acceptance of any changes made.
